Charter Terms and Conditions

  1. Passports and IDs
    Passengers chartering Bellavia’s aircraft must always hold and present their valid passport or ID. The captain retains the right to scan (with the use of a metal detector) or search passengers and their luggage. Failure to present valid passport or ID and/or refusal to accept a search of their luggage can result to the flight being cancelled in which case NO refund will be made. The boarding of passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or substances may be denied at the sole discretion of the captain in which case NO refund will be made.
  2. Payment for flight
    Payments can be made by credit card in which case clients are required to complete a credit card authorization form. Payments may also be made via wire transfer provided the client has disclosed his / her full details to the bank. The flight will not depart until the funds have surfaced in the company’s bank account.
  3. Cancelation Policy
    If the client cancels the flight at any time prior and up to 48 hours before the flight, then a full refund will be offered. If the client cancels the flight at any time less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the flight, then 50% of the amount will be refunded. If the client cancels the flight 24 hours or less NO refund will be made. If the client does not show up for the flight, no refund will be made.
    In the case of Bellavia cancelling a flight due to weather conditions, technical issues or restrictions imposed by the Authorities a full refund will be offered unless the client wishes to reschedule.
  4. Additional Charges
    The company retains the right to impose extra charges if the following occur and always subject to availability: Clients request helicopter waiting, clients request twin crew, clients request helicopter overnight. In this case the extra charges will be agreed at the time of the request.
  5. Weight Limitations
    Our aircrafts are operated subject to weight limitations. All customers are obliged to provide Bellavia with passengers’ actual weights as well as luggage weights and dimensions. Bellavia retains the right to cancel flights when passengers and/or luggage weights exceed the safety limit of the aircraft, in which case NO refund will be offered to the client.
  6. Delays
    All passengers are required to be at the pickup point at least 20 minutes prior to the flight. If passengers delay or if they do not show up Bellavia will consider this as a flight cancellation and NO refund will be made. If the aircraft is delayed for reasons beyond BELLAVIA’s control the company will not bear any responsibility however, and subject to availability, may offer an alternative aircraft at no extra charge.
  7. Dangerous Goods
    ALL BELLAVIA FLIGHTS ARE NON SMOKING FLIGHTS.
