Please read these terms carefully before chartering a Bellavia aircraft.

1. Passports and Identification Documents
   Passengers chartering Bellavia aircraft must carry and present a valid passport or national identity card.
   The captain reserves the right to request security checks of passengers and their luggage, in accordance with applicable safety and security procedures. Failure to present a valid passport or identity card, or refusal to comply with a luggage search, may result in the cancellation of the flight, in which case no refund will be issued.
   Passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances may be denied boarding at the sole discretion of the captain. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Payment for the Flight
   Payment may be made by credit card via a secure online payment link hosted in a secure payment environment. Alternatively, clients may make their payment via bank transfer.
   The flight will not depart until the payment has been received and the funds have been credited to Bellavia’s bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy
   If the client cancels the flight more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total flight price will apply.
   If the client cancels the flight less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, 50% of the total flight price will be refunded.
   If the client cancels the flight 48 hours or less before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued.
   If the client fails to appear for the scheduled flight, no refund will be issued.
   If Bellavia cancels a flight due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or restrictions imposed by the relevant authorities, the client will be entitled to a full refund, unless the client opts to reschedule the flight.
4. Additional Charges
   Bellavia reserves the right to apply additional charges, subject to availability, for helicopter waiting time, the provision of a two-pilot crew, overnight parking of the helicopter, crew accommodation, or any change to the originally agreed departure or landing location, if requested or required. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to and agreed upon with the client, where possible, before the relevant arrangements are made.
5. Weight Limitations
   All flights are subject to the aircraft’s operational weight limitations.
   Clients are required to provide Bellavia with the actual weight of each passenger, as well as the weight and dimensions of all luggage, prior to the flight.
   Bellavia reserves the right to cancel the flight if the combined weight of passengers and/or luggage exceeds the aircraft’s permitted safety limits. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Delays
   All passengers must arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
   If passengers arrive late or fail to appear at the designated pick-up point on time, Bellavia reserves the right to treat this as a client cancellation, in which case no refund will be issued.
   If the aircraft is delayed for reasons beyond Bellavia’s reasonable control, Bellavia shall not be held responsible for such delays. Subject to availability, Bellavia may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative aircraft or propose an alternative arrangement. Any additional costs associated with such arrangements shall be communicated to the client in advance.
7. Dangerous Goods and Smoking Policy
   Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Bellavia flights.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including their interpretation, validity or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
